How long will it take to get my shoes? 

The shipping time to receive your shoes is 2-7 business days however if your order is a rush, we suggest you select express shipping which is available at checkout.

What happens when you sell out?

We are constantly focused on producing the styles of shoes that our customers like best. If for any reason, a style is sold out or has been discontinued, we will be sure to update you first via email so that you will have all the information you need on back orders and new product offerings.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges. Because our shoes are produced in small batches, we can't guarantee that your desired exchange will be in stock. We suggest you place your new order separately and return the item in your possession for a full refund.

I live outside Canada and the United States, can I still get purchase a pair of shoes?

While we currently do not ship to outside Canada and the United States, we will be glad to inform you as soon as we expand our shipping internationally.
